Moorings open after launch.
  1. Moor once. One berth per wallet per tide, from 5,000 $WHARFMORE. Ship or docker. Forty-eight berths; ten minutes; then the bell.
  2. The pairing. Pairs = the smaller side's count. On the short side every berth is paired. On the long side the first-moored berths are paired; the rest are not.
  3. The dock. Every unpaired stake is docked 25%. The dock, less 3% to the clerk, is split across every paired stake by size. Unpaired berths take the other 75% back.
  4. Slack tide. Equal sides, or a side with nobody on it: nothing is docked and every stake returns exactly.
